Corten Steel Facia

Want to switch up the look of your Dipping Tank? Replace your Dipping Tank’s facia with contemporary Corten Steel. The textured orange appearance is very on-trend and looks great in any garden. The Corten really stands out against the black surface of the tank body and next to your plants. If you already have a different facia on your tank this this can be easily swapped over by simply unbolting the existing and swapping over. This kit includes everything needed to install the facia.

Available in two options;

Unweathered - Raw Steel Finish, which in about 3-4 months will have aged to give you the textured orange finish corten is well known for.

OR you can choose to skip waiting for the weathering process by selecting Weathered and Oiled. These have been weathered for at least 3 months and have been treated with a coating of oil to seal the finish and to prevent staining from water runoff.

Please note, it is not often publicised that Corten products can stain the surface under them. This happens by rainwater running off the corten picking up some of the surface rust then drying. There are specific cleaning agents to clean this off or to limit the chance of this happening coat the corten with a suitable oil once it reaches the desired finish.
